I started with my photo and I clipped to one the masks of the
out of bounds, recolor the blend layer from the out of bounds and place the
moon cluster from the artsy bits 1 a little bit on the side framing the photo,
place the magic lights under and give a blue re-color. I used galaxy papers and
solid blue changing the blend to multiply and opacity. Place more magic lights
on the top, stars and artsy bits2
